Common questions
How do I restore my Pro subscription?
Open iMill, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. This is the fix for a new phone, a reinstall, or Pro not showing after an update.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose iMill and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the iMill purchase.
How do I back up my quotes and sales?
iMill stores your data on your device only. Go to the Sales tab and use the export button to save a CSV of your sales to Files, email or any other app. Do this regularly, especially before replacing or resetting your phone.
I got a new phone. Where did my quotes go?
Since there's no cloud account, quotes don't move between devices automatically. If you restored your new phone from an iCloud or computer backup, app data may come across with it. Your Pro subscription can always be restored with Restore Purchases.
Prices change when I switch between metric and imperial. Is that normal?
Costs should never change when you switch units. Rates are stored per cubic metre and only displayed in your chosen unit. If you see a price change, email us with the details and we'll look into it.
My estimate image looks cut off or blurry.
Try closing and reopening the estimate, then share it again. If it keeps happening, email us a screenshot along with your iPhone model.
